Bankside Business take part in Macmillan’s Greatest Fundraising Event: The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
Webcredible, Bankside based customer experience agency, work with Macmillan to improve their digital campaigns. This morning they took part in Macmillan’s annual fundraising event the “Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning”.

People all over the UK take part in the “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning”, which is Macmillan Cancer Support’s biggest fundraising event. In 2011 Macmillan raised a record £10 million. The event started in 1990, when a local fundraising committee decided to hold a coffee morning where people came along to meet and mingle and donate the cost of their coffee to Macmillan in the process.
With an estimated 70 million cups of coffee are consumed each day in the UK (and 165 cups of tea) a small donation for every one equals a lot of money.
We went down to meet and mingle and donate the cost of our coffees to Macmillan at Webcredible’s.
